+ I haven’t had a breakfast smoothie for a while and thought I’d try something a bit different. 40g spinach, 40g celery, 1 banana, 40g kale, 30g oatmeal, 1 tspn chia seeds and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Normally I don’t include kale, chia or celery and this is REALLY filling. Maybe no oats next time.
